LICENSING AND REGISTRATION

The vehicle's licence must be current and paid in full up to the date of submission. Any lapse in licensing can result in ineligibility.

VEHICLE STATUS

According to the National Traffic Information System (NATIS) documentation, the vehicle must be classified as 'used'. New vehicles or those without proper classification on the NATIS document will not be considered.
