In the event of a breakdown or accident, Citroën provides localized emergency and assistance calls. Called Citroën Assistance, this service repairs or tows your car, even at the bottom of your home. All Citroens benefit from lifetime assistance, all you have to do is have your Citroën serviced every year in the manufacturer's network*.

Mechanical breakdown, accident, loss of keys, blocked keys or fuel error, Citroën Assistance supports you in the event of a hard blow, throughout South Africa. The service will do its best to repair you on site or tow your vehicle to the nearest approved repairer. These guarantees apply to everyone, driver and passengers, whether it is a car purchased new or used. In the event of immobilization for more than 24 hours, don't panic, a mobility solution will be provided to you.

CITROËN Assistance brings rapid expert roadside assistance to you in an emergency. It comes free of charge for the duration of the warranty and operates 24 hours a day in all parts of South Africa, Swaziland, Lesotho, Botswana and Namibia.

As a member of Citroën Assistance, not only will help be at hand immediately in the unlikely event that you car experiences a breakdown, but you will also receive a comprehensive range of benefits such as free medical advice, arrangements of emergency transportation and a 24 hour information service.

Please note, CITROËN Assistance only applies to incidents covered by the new vehicle warranty, and excludes non-vehicle faults such as running out of fuel, mis-fuelling, loss of keys, lock-ins, road traffic accidents and punctures/wheel changes.
